NEW 3D ANIMATED SERIES DA JAMMIES PREMIERES ON NETFLIX -- AVAILABLE NOW!

The new, family-friendly, 3D animated urban music series, Da Jammies, is now streaming across the country, exclusively on Netflix. The first of its kind, animated series combines hip-hop dance, music and fashion in a way never before seen in animation. Da Jammies characterizes five diverse 'tweens from the suburbs who attend a performing arts middle school. They form a group with the hope of making it to the 'big time.' Novelist, Dolla, MoMo, Seven and Lala, with the support of Einny, their genius friend, learn that even though there are bumpy roads while on the road to success, it can still be managed through hard work, dedication and most of all believing in one’s self.

The animated series tackles the, sometimes difficult, issues of growing up today, such as bullying, identity, self-esteem, homelessness and other real world challenges, without losing its fun approach. Da Jammies is the perfect family program, as it not only appeals to younger audiences, but entertains the kid within all of us.

Da Jammies was co-created by Aulsondro "Novelist" Hamilton and William "Dolla" Chapman II for Toon Farm Animation. The voice actors who bring the characters to life include Aulsondro Hamilton (Novelist), William Chapman (Dolla), Dani Nicolet (LaLa), Alisa Reyes (MoMo), Anderson Johnson, Jr. (Seven) and Shane Tsurugi (Einny), along with guest stars Darius McCrary (as Principal Cransberry), Buddy Lewis (as Klondell the security guard), and Kel Mitchell (as Mike Fresh). In addition, special cameo appearances are made by rap legends Kurtis Blow and Yolanda "YoYo" Whitaker, actors Tommy "Tiny" Lister, Kyla Pratt, and the late James Avery.
